Swing Street brings fun renditions of mainstream jazz standards and jazz adaptations of popular tunes to the Lancaster, Pennsylvania area. Their lineup includes:

CHUCK OETTEL, GUITAR

Chuck has studied, performed and taught music for over 40 years. He is well versed in many styles of music, having played in jazz combos and big bands as well as show bands and gospel groups. In addition to his activities with Swing Street, Chuck is much sought after as a sideman with numerous jazz groups in the area.

PETE BAINBRIDGE, BASS

Pete has played in bands since the 1980s. He started his musical career playing in bluegrass bands, moving on to playing in jazz bands in the 1990s. He is also a member of The Myopics swing trio.

MIKE TRUITT, PIANO

Mike has played in various local bands since the 1980s. In addition to playing with Swing Street, he currently plays for The Fabulous Cheeze Brothers and Sisters. He also teaches music and directs musicals for the stage.

OLIVIA DAUGHERTY, VOCALS

Winner of the Central Pennsylvania Music Hall of Fame’s Best Female Vocalist Award in 2020, Olivia is a vocalist with a passion for vintage music, most notably big band and jazz of the 40s and 50s. Olivia has performed with Swing Street, the Corsair Blue Jazz Orchestra, Mitch and the Mood Swings, and The Ladybirds of the Victrola Dance Hall.
